Bridgework Consulting is a data, privacy, and AI governance firm. We help organizations of every size, from churches and small businesses to large nonprofits, get their data, privacy, and AI practices in order, with senior experience and without the cost of a full-time hire.
Our Name
Why “Bridgework”
Good governance lives between Legal and IT: between the people who set the rules and the people who keep the systems running. When those two sides don't talk, reports stop matching, privacy obligations slip, and AI tools spread without guidelines.
Bridgework exists to be that connection. Our approach comes from 18 years of leading data governance and privacy operations at ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and we bring it to organizations that need the same discipline at their own scale.

Bridgework is led by founder Tealisha Williams, who spent 18 years leading data governance and privacy operations at ALSAC. We bring that same discipline to organizations that can't hire it full time. Every engagement is led by Tealisha personally, with specialist partners brought in when a project calls for them. Founder & Principal Consultant
More than 30 years in technology, including 18 at ALSAC, where she grew from contract business analyst to Senior Director of Data and Analytics Enablement and led the Data Governance and Privacy Operations office. She founded Bridgework in 2026.
